Forgot to post these but saw a posting on flyertalk.com re: IND and it reminded me that I took these photo. So thought I'd post them here as well.

UA relocated from B/C Terminal to D Terminal - which now only has US and UA. UA ticket counter is now located alongside US. ATA moved into the old UAL ticket counter location (musical chairs!) and I think SW/NW expanded their ticket counter space.

Fixed the long lines with tinyurl.com! - couldn't get BB code to encode it!

Yeah, with UAL only flying RJ'S into INDY now no need for the gates on C anymore. As F9 just hired our own personel in INDY and opened our own ticket counter. No longer staffed with Continental emloyees. And the addition of a third daily departure from DEN to IND with the new schedule changes.

AWWWWW, still expanding LIFE IS GOOD! EVERYONE over there have a good X-MAS I hope???? The New Year might not be SOOOOOOOO GOOD

Neither YOU or 787 will EVER find out who I am. Especially if your looking for a fat ass, cause I am nothing of the sort. You'll never find me, so quiet your idle threats RONIN!

If you actually WORK for an airline and are utilizing your license I'll find you...Freedom of Information Act....it's a b*tch 😀

RONIN,

You should really put your efforts forward in finding that NEW line of work! Freedom of imformation act doesn't list a MRFISH as having and A&P dude, DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

So YOU"LL never find out who the FISH is, unless he wants you to!

MR. MODERATOR:

MR FISH continues to laugh at the demise of UAL and it's employeess. Want to know why he is soooo threatened then look at ALLL the $h!* he posts. Enough said.

The Ronin, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to ya. I hope that all is well on the left coast and that your side occupation continues to prosper.
Now that I've been off of property long enough to forget how to start an airplane, I'd like to let you into a little secret. Just about every pilot at UAL knows how all of the mechanics, CSRs, FAs, baggage handlers, cleaners, etc (sorry if I missed anyone by name) bust tail on a daily basis to keep UAL operating. In comparison, the pilots have a pretty damned cush job. Ronin, keep doing your best out there; you make a helluva lot more impact on the operation when you're hustling to change out a bad ADI than any FO will ever make.

I haven't been on the USAviation boards for a while now; regrettable to see Mr Fish continuing to stir the pot for UAL employees. I can remember a time when UAL and F9 employees lived in harmony ... of course, that was pre-9/11. Back when I had a job with UAL. I haven't noticed any senior F9 employees talking trash here, just a single disgruntled former UAL employee who has moved on to F9.
It's unfortunate that some cannot leave without dumping poison in the well. Perhaps with time, even Mr Fish will move on.

To those of you who remain at UAL, busting tail every day, I thank you. I thank you for making my return to UAL one day in the future possible.

To all of my former fellow UAL employees, I wish a happy healthy prosperous new year.

Thank you jetz and a hopefully a Happy New Year to you and everyone else here. The side work is good, but there are just not enough hours in a day. I have a second interview with 2 public utilities this month, keeping the fingers crossed. As for the Fish, I never really paid the guy much attention, mainly because he was a mechanic and because I too share many of the same feelings for UAL and its culture. But his "dribble" just became annoying (even to a hard headed guy like me) and his "holiday cheers" was just plain sh*tty as a human being. I wish I could say times in this industry will get better, but unfortunately I think it wil take more time than most of us have before it does.
Better brush up on your "glass", it's going to be hard to find an ADI/HSI/IAS (it's all LCD anymore). Cheers 🙂
