Which is a damn good thing, IMHO.

The training on North Atlantic is minimal, at best.

Out of Glasgow, three times in a row, my leg, but had to hand over the a/c to the other dude in order to get all the checks and clearance because they had no idea what they were doing.

I can only imagine what it is like on an IOE. I mean, are we setting ourselves up for a major lawsuit or what?

So you logged onto the hub and filled out an ASAP report to convey these problems to the Flight Dept and Training Dept staff so they can be addressed...right?

Hopefully you did this before you passed along these problems on a public forum.
