Thanks for posting this. Taking it from a lot of the folks that post here you'd think one would have been surprised to hear a USAir executive speak for 15 minutes without swallowing his tongue or having an intern dabble drool from his face. I know it's heretical, a blasphemy to the forums, but it sounds like maybe, just maybe we have a few people in Tempe that know what they are doing and that sometimes, just sometimes we run a fine operation.
