Ihave fond memories of T-5. Looks like it is going to be a long walk!

Were people movers ever installed in those tubes? I'm sure they'll be there now.....

What will be in the original "wing" buildings as people enter on their way to the main terminal?

I had some great flights on those TWA 747 to and from Europe in the 1980's. I remember fondly Terminal 5 and all the planes squeezing in. She was too small for so many Jumbos but the beginning of teh end came when LHR was sold, greatly reducing teh flights through the building. TWA had three flights daily to LHR. more then any other European stattion from JFk.

Yep, that's right; sold to Big Bob Crandall for a song, and who would have known it could all go so quickly downhill.

I wonder what those poor guys at Chrysler are thinking about today?
