AA's MRO website, mroaa.com, contains a listing of all cities where AA is prepared to offer MRO services. Too bad AA couldn't be bothered to spell simple words correctly on this site:

http://www.mroaa.com/network/

Good to know AA is able to supply hangers in certain cities, but airlines might be more impressed if AA had hangar space available. B)

I would expect that from those not familiar with the aviation terms but..... 🙄

Rather odd - I wonder why AA won't furnish hangers for one's jacket in certain cities?

Funny how the company makes sure they proof read the union contracts.

BTW...if you click on emergency, you'll see the quote of "We commit to getting you back in the air as safely and as quickly as possible," while they are showing the pictures of the dismantling of a 727 that landed short of the runway in ORD back in 1998. How ironic of a scenario...I guess this should have said: "We commit to getting you back in the air as safely and as quickly as possible," except this time. <_<

What f*cking moron wrote this? This is - almost - comical.

They just recently re-did the MRO website - and I think it looks really good. But these typos and mistakes are embarrassing - so USAirways.

Hanger? Does nobody proof these things? In aviation, it's a "hangar," thank you.

And as for that "Emergency" section: that is just scary - not the 727 sitting in the grass, but the fact that some idiot at AA actually put that on their website to market their safe and reliable maintenance services to others! Nothing says safe and reliable like a 727 in the grass with its wheels laying a few hundred feet away!

So who wants to write to AA to remind them that spellcheck ensures they are spelling everything literally correctly, but it doesn't mean that they are spelling what they want to say.

Do I get paid? (Yeah, right.) 🙄

The website misspelling was corrected on Monday or Tuesday - it now reads "hangar."
