Avionics is equally important as the "General" classifications. At TUL recently, it was proven. Nuff said.

I may be butting in here .I am a FA for USAirways and To call Mechanics Glorified Parts Changers is very disrespectful imho .I don't care what airline you work for. These guys are the ones who make sure these airplanes I work on are safe enough to take the skies . They ultimately have the passengers and crew in their hands .Yes the pilots bear responsibility as well but Mechanics give the ok so these a/c can be airworthy . I Truly am grateful for their hard work and knowledge . GO GIANTS!!
