AA pilot contract question

Does the AA pilot contract have a provision to pay pilots for unused sick leave when they retire? Also what is the maximun sick bank?

For clarification, I assume you mean the contract after the 1113 process? Or do you mean the current contract?

At USAirways we do get paid for unused sick leave. Perhaps this would be a good thing to mention to the AA negotiating committee.

Been a fairly high profile issue for years. I'm sure it's probably one of the top issues being discussed with sick leave.
