Annual question about obtaining our W-2 forms.

Is there a login that is universal. (i.e. some code followed by payroll number?)

I click on the "forgot UserID" and fill in the blanks.....it says my information does not match. I'm pretty sure I know my name, birthdate, and city of birth, so something must be amiss.

Has anyone successfully navigated to their W-2 yet?

I'm waiting on a call back from payroll about this. Hence my efforts to look elsewhere.
