Air France pilot arrested

NEW YORK (CNN) -- An Air France co-pilot was arrested Friday night at John F. Kennedy International Airport after he told security he had a bomb in his shoe, authorities said.

AHHH..ya gotta love the french sense of humor.

Must be why we saved their bacon twice now! The first time was repaying them for helping out during the revolution, I guess the second was for times like these

Still they are probably going to rake this poor guy all over the court room floor. Silly when you think about it. Yea lets hassle the guys that have complete and total control over the aircraft.....just before we load 150,000 pounds of jet fuel on their plane and clear them for takeoff. Makes perfect sense.

"Excuse me sir, I notice your one of those new armed Federal Flight Deck officers......My, thats a nice .45 Caliber you have there sir.....Could you please remove your Pistol so that we can scan the holster for any weapons?" I give it 6 months before you start hearing statements like this!!!!!!!

One the f/a's I was flying with yesterday stopped a coule of no class white trailer trash from saying nearly the same thing. They could hardly understand why you cant just joke. Just brilliant the people we fly.
