50 seaters and always late. I don't see it as a negative if they were worried about it they just would have bought them I've seen it numerous times

I think the point is that AA kept stringing them along, and wouldn't commit to anything beyond the contract that was expiring in Feb 2018.

Now they have a future, at least for the next five years. And, AA has one less partner to worry about.
