Airways Magazine article on United

The feature article in the March issue of Airways Magazine is entitled United comes Untied and
it''s DEFINITELY worth reading. To give you an idea the article starts with the following: Never before in
commercial aviation history has one airline made so many stupid misjudgements, blown so many new opportunities or so completely failed to connect with it''s customers and employees. And it just gets better from there. I guess U doesn''t have a monopoly on
misjudgements after all.
