In the Peterson video, the big elephant in the room is the IAM pension. Did you see that he didn't even mention the pension?
BTW, for LUS, it's likely that the company won't flip the entire bill but will expect us to pay half. So I'm assuming we will be on the default plan which is a 39% reduction. What will the new amount be? $34 if you are full time. If you are part time, it's about $12 buck a month.
The problem is compounded insomuch that our pension was not only cut massively, but the company also has to pay a lot more. That means that the company will want to recoup that from us as well. So, the pension is actually a negative amount.
