No one in their right mind will strike for this group of liars bka the ASS leading the charge, not even W
If there is a strike, and the possibility is growing, 80% will cross because they do not want to strike for the IAM pension and future union dues.
In the Peterson video, the big elephant in the room is the IAM pension. Did you see that he didn't even mention the pension?

BTW, for LUS, it's likely that the company won't flip the entire bill but will expect us to pay half. So I'm assuming we will be on the default plan which is a 39% reduction. What will the new amount be? $34 if you are full time. If you are part time, it's about $12 buck a month.

The problem is compounded insomuch that our pension was not only cut massively, but the company also has to pay a lot more. That means that the company will want to recoup that from us as well. So, the pension is actually a negative amount.

Tim if the AMTS are all in their 50s and 60s and they are offered a 6$ raise it will pass by 95% no matter what they say in the breakroom

Does anyone seriously think we get double time on the LUS sidefor holidays? If you do you’re dumb as fk

TWU Air Division Systems Coordinator Gary Peterson and International VP Andre Sutton join host Brian Poster to refute AA Executive inaccurate claims

April 30, 2019
Gary and Andre explain what's transpired at the negotiating table. They speak with first hand knowledge since they are actively involved in negotiations and AA executives are not.

Just like his first hand knowledge of Isom tanking the airline. Sorry Weez peterson has no credibility in my eyes

I don’t know what anyone would do. Never claimed I did. I know what I would do. But you claimed you know what I would do and I’m just telling you that you’re wrong.

I don’t know what any majority might feel. I don’t speculate like that. I’m not even mad to be honest. I know the games that both sides play and I just know which side of the table I want to sit on to play the game.

The Big Wheel

Don’t believe I ever claimed what “you would do” I believed I claimed what I thought the majority would do

Al, I doubt 4 people strike in TUL when they are guaranteed the jobs and get a $6 pay raise. I don't see any analytical basis that would suggest that the media, community or anyone would support someone turning down $60 an hour and a job for life.

I just heard GP's latest podcast and it was a complete waste of my time. Same ole tantrums. People are simply tired of his lies.

If there is a strike, I'm not sure if you have seen those caravans on the USA southern border, but I'm going to lead a caravan the size of that across the line in order to fight for our jobs and our retirements. Deal me out of striking for future union headcount and IAM pension. Believe me!

People are so pissed off at this worthless Association. And I seriously doubt the company will be a nice fella and allow strikers to come back. They can strike for the future union dues as that is their right, but their greedy arses also will have to go find a job at McDonalds. Sad

I don’t post these items all over the Internet and on Jetnet just for you.

If there are 4 here that will strike I don’t know who they are. It’s a consensus so far that we would look like idiots striking for future dues payers. Im sure the general population is waiting to honor our courage to strike on principle. It would be my luck the dude that cut me off in traffic n flipped me the bird would be the guy that got hired because I struck or worse yet got replaced by his @$$ because I struck.
Myself and others may change our minds if We could see something in writing but as of now the ass has zero support at the membership level. There’s more of a sense of being used as leverage for an agenda than having a bargaining agent representing us.
This isn’t a coal mine we’re working in. If we had a valid reason to strike like unsafe working conditions or other atrocities the hell yes let’s walk but this????

On another note I asked an AMT if he would sign a card for a new union that would combine all groups not just AMT’s and no hesitation he said yes. I’ve tried getting him to sign an AMP card for 7 months n no luck!!!!

Absolutely agree it is clear to me that the company is negotiating and the ASS just says no. We know that the company has increased it offer more than once, we don't know anything from the ASS because they are not showing us anything. It's time to vote. Let the members decide.
Ass; still keeping everyone in the dark. Will not stop.
