The Ass says the company needs to get back to the table well why don’t they get back and agree on the issues that they don’t care for bring it back to us, and say they recommend a no vote on the deal.
If they did that then the ball goes into the companies court to make some improvements to the deal.

I say thank you ASSocoiation, for the rebutal info we all have wanted. However, as the one gentleman states, look at the companies proposal, read line F, carefully study the proposal. That's all well and good, but I cant study this damn video BS. How can I compare the two proposals if I only see one?
