FORT WORTH, Texas, May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Airlines Group Inc. (the “Company”) today announced a proposed private offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2022.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund contributions to our pension plans.

The twu has always done that everything in secret. I’m glad the company put out there offer now the twu can’t show less pay for future due paying members . It’s time the association post there proposals

Great! Looks like a withdrawal.
$320 million was the ticket.
Maybe this will resolve things quicker.
 
ASSOCIATION SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT


American management recently distributed incomplete and misleading negotiating documents to its employees. Don’t be fooled by their union-busting tactics.

Come on Bob. What good can come from that? What harm can come from that? I want to know where my negotiating team sits. Its a proposal, not a tenative agreement. I don't want to immediately vote on anything. Let the due process (no matter what a circle jerk I think this is) play out. But we are being kept in the dark as a membership. Stay informed my ASS ociation.

The AMP drive last year got a reaction from the association.

The company posting the T/A articles and their proposal got a reaction from the association.

If the membership doesn't go and push the association then its business as usual.

Actually it was Brian Parker TWU Strategic Action Coordinator and Greg Cosey TWU Local 513 1St Vice President who called out Doug Parker and Robert Isom to release their proposals which they then did partially.

But of course you can’t view it that way through your haze.

Now here is a update tells what the company wanted and union showed counter proposals. And it shows the names of who was there for company and union. Then the members knows what’s happening and it stops all the wondering and rumors. Why don’t you want to see what the association proposals are.

The Ass, can put out all the fancy podcasts and videos they want but it doesn’t change anything. The propaganda crap never favors the workers. The Ass says the company needs to get back to the table well why don’t they get back and agree on the issues that they don’t care for bring it back to us, and say they recommend a no vote on the deal.
If they did that then the ball goes into the companies court to make some improvements to the deal.
Otherwise we will sit and wait and that is good for none of us other than AA who just continues to move forward.
New routes, airport expansion. So do you really believe down the road there won’t be new hires brought in, maybe not the numbers the Ass wants but if we are growing the jobs will come
