I could care less if the company wants to show you the entire package! More power to them. But let me ask you a question since you state you would like to see it. With what you know the company is offering the IAM side right now ( or I should say taking away) is there actually something you feel you would see in the proposal to make you vote yes? What would that be? Just for curiosity sake.

CB, where are you guys in nego's? What's the next move? When are the next meetings set? Just curious as it's been a bit quiet as of late. Thx in advance and good luck...

The rumor I heard was that the 16% was not even a matching contribution requirement, but was automatic regardless of whatever a pilot would contributed.

Not a rumor.
The Pilots get a 16% Contribution to their 401's in every check, they don't have to put in a dime.
We need to insist on 16% also, our 16% is way less than the pilots 16%.

I have zero interest in seeing the entire company proposal. The company isn't giving away sunshine and rainbows for gits and shiggles.
They want to take things from all groups and give us back a little of what was taken away fifteen years ago and call that an 'Industry Leading Agreement'?
They can go **** in their hat.

Again, I urge all my fellow employees to follow all company policies and procedures at all times when on the field and all work areas.

Well, the IAM seems content on section 6, and the TWU, they are AWOL.

Please provide a link Tim.
dont have one. Delta peeps in ord were advised so im sure Kev can confirm. Delta +3% should push it past $32 but i believe we will be $33 after company final offer.
If it goes to section 6, the company will offer significantly less than the offer on the table.

Correct. 3% effective 10/1/18. Current TOS base rate for the ramp is $30.13/hr. New TOS should be $31.04
