The TA from 2012 (AMT) was unacceptable but the offered buyout fed the greed of enough to vote yes and stick the rest of us with the crap we have today. There is another buyout with this and the same thing will happen. People who will not be around to live under the crap they vote in do not care. We need to insist to the negotiators that the buyout not be either in the TA or a condition of the TA passing. Then I would be OK with a vote. We have enough morons who vote yes on anything so we don't need greedy ones voting yes so they can get theirs while hosing those of us who are going to be here.

It states we will exercise all options under the railway labor act including self help. Self help only comes if your released.
Many options can happen under the rla. We will be ready for all and any option. This does include self help. Getting ready for all options doesn’t mean anyone is stating that we are for sure doing any of them.

Now I’ll be patiently waiting for you to post proof of me being a liar. And for anyone in clt to post that I have stated or told them we would be able to strike. Can't really blame the IAM guys for coming through for their people. On the other hand, when people in most areas of work fail for their company they get terminated. The membership of the TWU is now left holding their gonads for the unlimited future as strike talk is laughable in this business now. Lots of very angry people in my work area today.

Planning and preparing for all possibilities under Section 6 is a good strategy. Having a solidified membership is the cornerstone. Much work should have been done to achieve this. There is undeniable division within our own rank and file. Now we want to establish Strike Committees. The company now sees the Association as a paper lion. Like a shark sensing blood in the water. Catering was included. Stop lying CB. The last offer included all 40 stations and all work, including catering and lavs. The small stations as well with grandfathering for all your members. And you all were pleased. Read your own update. However, when Sito wanted to line item and also fuss about the unborn in the small stations you guys blew it and the company pulled the offer.

What you didnt know was that the company was going to call your BS and file section 6 and hose catering, lavs, and now small stations entirely.
Essentually, you guys blew it.

Btw, how many thousands of dollars are you guys going to blow on the strike narrative? How many meetings of strike committees? How many steak and lobster dinners will the strike committees blow?
