Show in writing show the company proposal and the union proposal what are you afraid of.
Everyone knows that the members would vote overwhelmingly for what the company offered. The company even presented the offer on jetnet.
The company offer does not protect the unborn and the unin is fighting for those dues.

Thanks to the president we are all going to pay more for gas. No he does not care about unions or workers.
what are you goin to give up if there is another oil spike?

The reality is that Parker gave other unions more cuz oil was only at $40.
He never would have opened up the pilots and flight attendant contracts with oil at $73.
And if 700 is right, Trump is goin to crash the economy in 6 months. Without a new contract, we will be first in line with arbitration to get big cuts. Thanks to weez and his handlers.

Some other guy named .... Buffenbarger?
Buffenbarger was the International President.

And there also was a GVP of Aerospace, once again Sito had zero to do with it.

Conehead is and wasn’t IAM, and has no clue to what he says.

Where is the offer someone said he was going to post as he said he had it in his possession?

when the arbitrator makes us take a pay cut, i hope he takes us back to pre-merger aa pay rates of $24+/hr and not lus $19+/hr.

How many times does it need to be explained we were not making 19 per pre merger it was 23 and change.
We were making 19. 15 years ago post bankruptcy

Crema,

I don’t know why you are fixated on Arbitration, it will never go there.

In the IAM’s and TWU’s history they have never agreed to the proffer of Arbitration and this will continue. Never in their respective history have they agreed to it in the airlines.

APA and APFA were not happy with their limited outcome.

ok, i've heard otherwise from lus guys here and i saw the pre-merger 2008 lus/iam contract..

the 2008 lus/iam contract says after a 2% raise in jan. 2012, max pay for ramp was $20.57/hr...leads getting $1.01 more per hour.

if i'm wrong, lots of aa people describe your 2014 stand-alone contract as; 'bringing you up to aa wages..while aa stayed behind with amount of holidays and holiday pay rate'.

so, you're saying you guys were brought up only $1/hr to aa wages?

Watch it, brings back memories of how the Hubs hosed all the other stations.

not fixated, but if the company doesn't budge in mediation, then arbitration could potentially make up for what we won't get/lose in mediation.

do i believe it will get to arbitration? no.

You are incorrect. Sito just signed on to a proffer of Arbitration for all of the Railroaders. Prior to that, the IAM never signed a proffer of arbitration in the Railways either. In fact, Sito's son is presenting the economic case and is destined to get his arse handed to him. There is no way out for the Association other than allowing us to vote on a lesser contract than what was presented last month, and then going to arbitration where a arbitrator has to decide if the company offer was competitive. If you want to bet, let me know.
