he already is. He has been destroying our talks for 4 years by dividing us.
Dividing us? What a f-ing joke! This is coming from the same dude that has claimed the IAM should go, the Association should go etc. The same dude that for decades has claimed ALL union leadership is inadequate, and stupid.

The irony here is EVERYONE knows your deal. You may get a few of your puppet posters to defend you, but the membership knows better. The collective IQ prevails over your agenda!

Another thing... Weeaz and 700 both flush more credibility down the toilet daily than you have accumulated in a lifetime...

we dont need tim to divide, though i will admit he does have a very high opinion of himself and i have yet to see him proved right. the division is doing fine by the iam not entering the fight, though it is mostly their benefits that will be lost. the association is doing a great job by not responding and informing their members. to be fair the twu is not helping themselves by appointing everyone and ignoring their members. but three years down the road when an impasse is declared we will be right where we are today! so instead of the iam leadership actually being a partner and joining the fight from day 1 they waited and waited and waited..until we are where we are today. so when we are at in impasse and the company imposes the medical, the 401k, contracting out catering please remember this post. Because i will not walk for your benefits, when you would not walk for mine.

Yes I do believe the Association should go and I am certain that about 99% don't support this and that's why the 2 unions didn't allow us to vote on it. The only division remains weez, you, and the leaders who insist on keeping communications silent and pushing this thing to an arbitrator in 3 years. Although it's anybody's guess that the company will either keep the same current offer on the table or start pulling items off the table, my guess is that we get less. We have already watched this movie and know the ending. So, yes, you and other union pollyannas are doing a brilliant job at dividing us all through drunken promises in the dark and following a United Airline Board of Director whose sole purposes is to protect United Airlines (Biggest IAM Pension contributor) from additional risk of the IAM Pension.

Now carry on with all of you meaningless working class hero garbage.
 
No shite 1AA. I agree. And is someone calling this an offer? WTF?? Where in the hell is the sigs and yes as you stated, why is thing not dated??? A very unprofessional document, and no one knows if it really came from the asso. do they???
This is not an offer, it is a break down of "why weren't we offered more?" From someone who never signed the letter. This is simply just an opinion of someone that posted it as; "since the members were begging for more information on the company offer, here's what they get" REALLY??? This is fuking pathetic. Where's the real offer from the company guys, what the hell is this asso. hiding from the membership?
And BTW this is from the TWU not the asso. and damn sure not from the IAM.
How much longer will you guys stand for this crap???

I just can't stand it when Swamt interjects into your threads, like we already have this great contract at SWA, and we don't. Like a new union will solve your problems. If you look in the industry, everyone in maintenance is taking a long time to get a contract. His arrogance on how great AMFA is sickening , when all A&Ps are unfortunately in the same boat.

B737, that comment was not directed at you or any of your comments. If I want "Youtube videos" I can go to Youtube. If I want cartoons I can go to the funnies section in the newspaper, and if I want memes I can go to Google and check them out. Here I'd like read about negotiations a least 75 percent of the time without the name calling and clutter. But I realize that's a wish list that's unattainable.

That's the most important, you guys deserve a contract like we do. We all work hard to deliver a quality product. Your jobs at American Airlines to me if you are a line guy, are harder than ours because you might have to go from an MD80 to an A320, to a 777. I just hate it, when someone doesn't work there, and reminds you, your lives sucks, and this new union will move things along with Parker, when he (SWAmt) is not at the negotiating table, going through the B.S. you are going through as a group. Go luck to yourselves as a maintenance group.

You read the last official update from the Association. There is nothing to discuss in this thread because there will be no talks until the end of January unless the Company decides otherwise. The one day at the end of this Month will be nothing more than a Meet and Greet for the Mediators and a complete waste of time as far as actual talks.

I’m not knocking you but you did fire this up by posting that rehash letter from your Local from last May. I saw it on Facebook before you posted it here and had ZERO clue why 513 put it out again? Honestly I think Cozy wrote it IMO but it didn’t need to be rehashed except as a “Look we already told you ok” frustration move by your Local against possibly aggravating members?

And I do understand their aggravation but there’s NOTHING the Association can do for them unless they accept (And they won’t) what the Company wants to offer sent out for a vote.

The IAM has items in those offers they refuse to accept and the TWU also has items in those offers they refuse to accept.

actually no we are not an impasse, if we were the company would have 30 days to impose the last offer. if we are lucky that will happen within the next two to three years. unless of course the iam decides to enter the fight. by entering the fight i mean to show up.
