Josh
The inside is nice mainly cause it's new from the outside nothing special where in NYC it should be.Do you remember the movie "the jerk" he had a dump of a house when he became rich he built the same dump house only bigger kind of like that

700’s former newsletter Victory News won the IAM Wimpy award for cover design.

Josh
it has gotten alot better since 700 destroyed everything at the local. They finally had to run him out.
now he has a non union catering business.
Weez is a better guy than 700 but Lehive hoodwinked him even though weez had nowhere else with burning down his twu.

Presently, you pay the agcs $123,000 plus daily food expenses and office work of another $20,000. Some a bit more and some a bit less. You also pay them free health care, positve space, and a separate pension of $4,000 × years, when they retire.
But that isnt good enuf. Even though you didnt even get a pay raise, should you boost their salary $20,000? The $ from your dues would represent an additional dues expense for you of $850,000 per year.
You may have to vote on this and that will cost almost $1 million.
This is all supposedly subject to a vote. ill get official correspondence later to post.

The dudes you mentioned are just two individuals... why did you single them out?
Could it be that you helped get them elected, and failed to get elected yourself?
If this increase is brought to vote for the membership to decide, are you eligible to vote, so you can deny them the raise?
My understanding from previous posts here is that you relinquished that privilege by becoming a dues objector. Is this true?

Besides, they probably deserve much more than you indicated just for putting up with personal attacks from morons like you!

I posted for info purposes. I'm still a part of this craft, I just don't pay for the politics. Voting doesn't really matter, it's rigged. The vote was decided upon to happen on January 3rd as they figure a very low voter turnout due to holiday week and short notice.

No, they are not worth the same as DL142. I found out this morning that the referendum is to equalize the two airline districts salaries. But DL142 is based on a $107,000 topped out mechanic. Us rampers only make $65,000. No, they are presently overpaid. And the salary I posted earlier will be wrong since the $143,000 is what DL142 AGC's are currently makng. The CPI will boost it to around $150,000 base salary. SEVERELY overpaid. But I guess nobody can change your mind.

But, just posting because nobody else is decent enough to post the news. IMO, the vote will pass as nobody will bother to go except for those standing in line and the conventioneer drunks. LUS fleet service is apathetic and really doesn't care even if their dues goes up to pay for this.

Sito said he wanted to retain them, and $125,000 wasn't enough. It's going to be $150,000. The vote will be rigged. They will be raking it in at about $200,000 a year after stipends and salary. Just 4 years ago, the salary was $99,000. Look, I'm done with this worthless union, they can make $250,000 for all I care since I'm not paying full dues and want nothing to do with this madness. Let the current full dues payers flip the bill and keep getting cornholed since they are too apathetic to care or smart enough to opt out.

Kinda like 50 year old public sector retirees slurping a $100k salary who have a small business and suddenly have different perspectives on labor practices and only want to employ people part-time and not pay benefits.

this is why Pro Worker advocates like me resigned from union membership to get out of an organization invested with corporate greed and cockroaches like basket stealing money from working people.

Interesting that neither CB or P.Rez has come on to refute this.

Even the usual acolytes are standing down. Weird.
Wierd? It is the exact sorta thing id expect. Why would they come on here and say that we need to raise their salaries to $150,000 when we already know they would be full of chiat. Guys like Cltcat wont say anything against this either. Him and others just dont listen and make me the bad guy.
$850,000 more dues to flip this bill so get ready for yet ANOTHER dues increase.
Ill have fun using the new salary spikes against them with the Delta stews and rampers who deserve better.
You guys really should go with another union. I like kip but he is all in with this awful union.
Pick another union unless the idea is to just pimp the iam money to keep management honest.

Is there a link to all of this info?

One clear indication that negotiations have slowed down considerably is the lack of weekly updates. CBA's became amendable almost 3 full months now. We enter mediation for the purpose of moving things along but it is obvious the opposite has happened.
