Tim is the IAM watchdog nothing else.He keeps them honest. Devout members like yourself dont like that, its almost like you're in a cult. Not kidding dont know you personally but ive seen people who have been friends fo 30 years go at it over union loyalty

dont be mistaken. While weez is a nice guy, albeit apparently lazy and a coaster, he is only loyal to himself and he believes lehive on the FLL gig. I still think he should just buy NYer a coffee and admit that NYer was right.

yes, not saying that an arbitrator is the be all, end all.
in the extreme scenario of the company not budging an inch and this drags on...that is my scenario.
i believe the company's biggest fear is sharing a dollar from all the billions they will rake in, in this cycle of strong economy/demand/shale oil revolution.
that has to be brought up, at the very least, to throw some fear. eventually, we will go after your profits.
clearly, the company is not afraid to go for our jugular, we can't be afraid to do the same.

Awful. It's a non starter. Frankie Odonall was leading it and now he is going back to the ramp in PHL I heard. Few at JetBlue are signing. And Delta ramp is a no go as well but it is viable enough to keep Delta at the top of the industry, and that helps us.
The IAM delta flight attendant drive is a complete disaster as well.
Basically, all 3 of these campaigns could have been won in 6 months. But they don't listen and don't care I guess.

You are NOT represented by ANY labor group, nor do you even work for AA. Why do you continue to hang-out in here?
I don't buy the "What happens at one, happens to all" -- if that were true, every group in the industry would be working for "People Express"!

So Tim let’s get back on topic shall we. So you want to accept an offer or the offer from the Company that you believe they put on the table. Ok there’s nothing wrong with wanting something I guess. But let me ask you about that bonus they offered. Are you enamored or mesmerized by $3,000?
Did you see this Bonus SWA gave their Rampers a year or two back?

Look, Id rather that we didnt panic for the dues grab. But that was your people.
Sure id rather have a better bonus but its about leverage and the company isnt going to negotiate more. Remember, you have the iam on the company side. Remember your pickets?
