t doesnt matter. nobody is goin to vote at 6am

If they’re passionate enough about it they will be at their Local to vote no matter what time it is.

I dont care if they are able, within their rights none of that chit. Im saying a salary incease and subsequent dues hike would be easier to swalllow once we had a industry leading contract

Has anyone announced any dues hike for you yet?

Our dues don’t increase unless our pay increases.
 
Weez you.know you and i are doing alright but there are people at the bottom of the scale that arent and a pay raise for union reps now is bad timing

Al I don’t have time to read it right now but can you tell me how your dues are assessed?

I thought it was a formula based on a weighted average and percentage of what the Membership earned in wages?

I’m paying 2 times my hourly rate ($30.81x 2) per month. How much are you paying Al?

And as far as scope, you told people that the company wants "when and where", but then you flip and say that the company hasnt proposed scope. Which is it?
The facts are that catering is now gone and there will be no movement on mainline scope. Sito has been trying to get uncle jerry to give him more members by creating a subset of employees. Thus far the company isnt interested.

Better yet, can your handlers (i like that) just get out of the way and allow uncle jerrys offer to be seen and voted upon. Im a yes vote, and im pretty sure laa will be 99% yes vote. LUS maybe only 80% but the next one will be worse so we wont have any choice due to the negotiators rolling over.

I don’t have any documentation so absolutely I’ll admit that unless I see something to that effect I could be being lied to. Although since it already firmly exists in your (horrible) Contract why in the Sam Hill would the Company not want to keep it? C’mon Tim let’s not pretend we’re stupid here bro.
