I don’t think Labor having a few seats on an Airline’s BOD is what caused any concessions? And again both the IAM and ALPA have seats on UAL’s BOD.

I'm too lazy to look it up but lconcessions were givien for board seats and in some cases employee ownership but as you see there are only 4 airlines left so it didnt work.I was hired before Alfred Kahn or something like that did his thing load factors in the 60% and still made money

I know he told me once that he hired on before they finished building the Empire State Building.

I doubt Board seats were given strictly because of concessions but I do recall that being as part of the result of them. Bankruptcy in particular usually changes the entire structure of a BOD.

September I believe. next week? I've been swamped in meetings today. I'll be doing my videos soon but not today. The pension cut was to broaden the umbrella to restrict participation due to a looming cut. The thought is that since everyone who retires with an almost minimum amount of retirement, that they would have to get another job cuz their retirement check will be peanuts. So to try to C Block people, they went ahead and made sure they would cover the pension by further expanding suspensions. Not good!

that was great advise for weez who is obviously off his meds. He usually post a cool video to blow off steam but after we all condemned the anti union 700 when weez tried to introduce that goof with a new pic, weez snapped.
NYer hasnt even been posting since weezles has been acting bizarre.

the board seat becomes an even greater issue when a dude doesnt recuse himself off competitor negotiations.
