Looking back to some of my posts that were right on point.

I will tell you guys when we will get a contract.
When the union agrees to the LUS scope and not until then. So you guys can bs all day long on trivial matters.
The concern should be, are we going to bow to this company management that could care less who does their maintenace. Just facts.

The new AA management wants the LUS scope.
If we are
unwilling to compromise we will be in negotiations for a long time.
The question we should be asking to our inept NC?
What does the union want for giving up the AA scope?.
It is going to happen. I am not confident in our NC that we will get the value of that concession, for fleet or maintenance.
My source on the company side tells me that our NC is not very well versed on what they want.
Making it very easy for management in these negotiations.

GP on INT staff is a paid position and with pension benefits after 5 years.
I told you so Weasy..
So the guy who applied for AA management job three times and always put down Don V, Bobby and Little now following the same footsteps.
He is an opportunist nothing more.
And I did not get to vote for him in that position..
I stand by all of my negative post on GP.
And WEASY I have never been in the ATD.

Welcome to the world of management plays one against the other, it's your union's fault, and they laugh all the way to the bank.

it wasn't managements fault when we accepted the increase in pay.
I blame the TWU international, all the maintenance and bag throwers presidents for accepting the pay increase.
It should have been make TWU and IAM equal then we will talk but it wasn't .
I have no confidence in the TWU Int and the maintenance folks at negotiations.
