Mr Basket just left DCA and couldn't leave soon enough. After lying all day yesterday and refusing to mention his salary boost, some DCA peeps on my Facebook page PM me asking me why he refused to talk about his salary boost. So after I opened up the can, they knew it smelled rotten and approached him today. They asked him to his face about the salary increase and he said that he had nothing to do with it but rather all of the United AGC's were the ones pushing it so the LUS AGC's didn't want to look bad so the recommendation was unanimous. SAY WHAT???

Where oh where is Charlie Brown when you need him? LMAO. I told all of you about this bad apple but you guys just don't listen. I hate being right, actually.

So, comparing all of our 7,500 fleet service, the FTE equivalence payscale is $36,000. I guess those numbers include the 35% part timers and also those on all levels of the pay scale. So anyways, Mr Baskett wants to make 4 x the FTE.....and pay no health care, get 2 union pensions, another $300 a month for spending, plus per diems (food, etc). The salary would go past $150,000 as soon as DL142 boost their pay in January.

You guys deserve this clown because most of you just don't listen. Enjoy paying more dues while you don't get a pay raise.

How many people go to meetings, other than the few pollyannas who have to go to qualify for election? Dude, give it up. It isn't just me. The members could care less about the IAM since the IAM hasn't done one single darn thing for them. Parker had to beg Klemm to allow him to give us a $5 pay raise and profit sharing to keep us in line with non union peeps. We were so far back in wages and, of course, 700 and Klemm said we didn't need profit sharing. Thankfully, Mr Parker freely gave us our needed pay and profit sharing that Klemm was blocking.

My Local has 7000 members. Sometimes they can't get a quarum of 25 members and that includes many District people who show up.

That attached letter is from Local 1776. They only mention about the special referendum election. And restrict the voting to only 2 early morning hours or 2 late night hours. Only those off on union business will vote. It will pass.
