Well, I guess you just proved that they don't care how much CB makes! Are you in attendance at any of these of these events? Do you actually go to meetings yourself?

I think the answer is NO... so you don't care either!

He is not "pissed"-- he's an actor reading a script, designed to forward an agenda...
I pass along the info. It is wrong for them to get these hefty raises. No, I didn't go to meetings and don't care as I couldn't wait to resign from this union. Why in the hell would I or anyone go unless they were forced to as a result of wanting to run for office? NOBODY goes because they could care less about the IAM. That's my point.

Tim set up a retro clock showing how much we are losing each week waiting for these overpaid bananas to get us a contract
There isn't going to be a retro check. The company is giving a bonus. if the union wants a retro check then most likely people like me will come out ahead and those making $12 will come out with pennies. I haven't heard what the union wants to do but I couldn't imagine the TWU balking on the $3,000 bonus for all full timers just to get less of a bonus for a small retro check.

Be sure to add up all your losses a's a result of TN's anti- union position in past ratification votes. Remember one contract getting voted down with the next (and way inferior) being voted in? Too many "sheep" listened to that touch-hole! It cost all of us!
Look, as soon as this new TA hits the street, we will vote it in by about 95% because we have no leverage after you dopes gave up cross utilization.

Not sure what contract you are referring to? I strongly shut down the 1998 contract, then we got an extra buck and saved catering because of me. Sorry.
I also shut down the 2007 contract TA and we got a bump in pay but more importantly we got rid of Tommy Reagon's seniority cleansing anti union language. Remember Lil Tommy made the famous statement that we are just rampers and if you get laid off then it's up to you to transfer or lose all pay seniority when you are recalled? That's the problem with having a utility craft guy negotiating our contract.

Didn't campaign against the 2015 agreement since that wasn't outside the sidelines of unfairness. Just thanked the TWU for supporting us and I appreciated Sito's creation of the Associatin, which I supported until they broke their word that we would be voting on a contract prior to section 6.

Of course I did lead a nationwide campaign against the United's TA 1. TA2 blows but is much superior than TA1 since it offered increased protections to 12 stations, and it replaced bonus' with wage hikes. And that campaign added about .75 cents to all of the TWU/IAM pockets.

You are welcome.

Weez come to an I am city and run for AGC get yourself some big bucks and you dont have to do a thing

It’s more likely than not that we will receive retro pay on base wages for all hours worked including overtime from the date our contracts became amendable.
So based on that and assuming 3%above United one should be able to figure it out without yo much difficulty. Not me though I'm still trying to get my balls back from Tim

Weez is a liar. There simply is no retro. And as far as United, it was a bonus as well. The union called it a retro after it developed a method and skimmed 10% off the top like the TWU most likely did with the last thing. Actually, both unions been scamming insomuch that they negotiate to be the "middle man' as if we F'n need one. And as middle man they get dominating control and leave a certain percentage behind, and there is also another few million that we can't figure out where it goes??? Hmmmm. So, hopefully these two thief unions don't negotiate our bonus away into their pockets. Gosh I hope that we finally get a choice to decide if we want to pay dues or not. Unfortunately, I'm stuck pissing away $40 a month, whether I like it or not. This union hasn't gotten us a damn thing, we actually have been losing progress with this thing and have to hope that Delta gives pay raises and profit sharing for us to see crumbs.

Okay it's coming back to me the first contact was turned down the second offer was better I remember Chandlee dropping by LGA breakroom and getting yelled at

Any updates from conference call?
"Today the Executive Committee had a conference call with the mediators from the NMB, which was a follow up to their last discussions pertaining to the status of our open articles. We are scheduled to meet on January 15th in San Francisco."

That's today's update from the TWU Local 513 and William Fa

You're exactly the kind of member the IAM wants although I still have my doubts if you work for AA
This forum is for anti-IAM/Association activist (like yourself)... not AA employees.

We have a banker, and several employees from other airlines that all receive accolades here-- (as long as they say the right thing of course).
The only time someone's union member affiliation with the company is questioned (like mine), is when they are not willing to follow along in agenda driven lock-step with the posters I just mentioned above...

...as just happened...

Weez is a liar.
You sound more like your idol everyday... everyone is lying except you... even as they are hauled off in cuffs... SAD...

You haven't engaged the issues at all other than calling people anti union. Most of us have a rather different perspective than you since you are on payroll. Unlike you, I think it is morally wrong for them to get a substantial raise. Actually, I think it is morally wrong that they are making what they do right now, plus zero health care cost, an additional pension, $300 a month spending, per diem, and family vacations on our dime.

With the new 'reconciliation' referendum between airline districts, that new bylaw language would boost them from their current $121,000 to at or over $150,000 after one considers the 2019 raise for DL142. Sorry, but they are just rampers who are incredibly uneducated and only arbitrate 2 cases, at most, per year and each AGC only has about 1,000 members he is responsible for. Making 4x the average FTE of what their members make is profane. But they think they are worth it because they are arrogant. I'm working with small committees in PHL, PHX, and CLT right now on being dues objectors and saving $300 a year. I can't logical understand why anyone would pay this union a dime since it really doesn't do anything other than gets in the way of our pay raises.

For someone who seems to be so irrelevant, Tim sure gets a lot of attention from some of the Association foot soldiers. I work for AA, Tim has no bearing on me one way or another, but some of you can't seem to ignore him and actually seem intimidated and threatened by him. It makes one wonder who is directing the "worker bee's". Simply wait until we are given something to vote on and the proof will be in the pudding...a lot easier than having to live life in fear of one individual and always having to explain away all his "irrelevant" comments.

Sito mentioned me on the podium at the convention. lol. They hate that I am not only NOT a status quo guy but that I stand for justice, and oftentimes that means calling it how it is, ie.,it's wrong for our LUS rampers who are representing us to make north of $150,000, or even north of $100,000, especially considering the extra union pension they receive, and they expense their health care cost, and get $300 a month for personal. What else they want us to do, pay their mortgage?

Many things I talk about are the exact things that the members support, but "The Club" pivots and makes it about me. I'm fine with that, but our continued negotiations isn't going to amount to anything more than what was already offered 6 months ago. So we are burning daylight and losing thousands just so Gary Peterson can continue his 'working class hero' bullchiat.
