So based on that and assuming 3%above United one should be able to figure it out without yo much difficulty. Not me though I'm still trying to get my balls back from Tim
3%? What about the 7% that Parker promised?? I would be holding the nego cmte to 7% above as promised. When the company fights it so hard then settle on 5% above right in the middle, but for darn sakes don't start at 3% above when 7% was promised on camera. Hold the nego cmte (asso.) as well as Parker to his words of 7% nothing less...

The Association asked for more than 7% on DOS.

Look, as soon as this new TA hits the street, we will vote it in by about 95% because we have no leverage after you dopes gave up cross utilization.

Not sure what contract you are referring to? I strongly shut down the 1998 contract, then we got an extra buck and saved catering because of me. Sorry.
I also shut down the 2007 contract TA and we got a bump in pay but more importantly we got rid of Tommy Reagon's seniority cleansing anti union language. Remember Lil Tommy made the famous statement that we are just rampers and if you get laid off then it's up to you to transfer or lose all pay seniority when you are recalled? That's the problem with having a utility craft guy negotiating our contract.

Didn't campaign against the 2015 agreement since that wasn't outside the sidelines of unfairness. Just thanked the TWU for supporting us and I appreciated Sito's creation of the Associatin, which I supported until they broke their word that we would be voting on a contract prior to section 6.

Of course I did lead a nationwide campaign against the United's TA 1. TA2 blows but is much superior than TA1 since it offered increased protections to 12 stations, and it replaced bonus' with wage hikes. And that campaign added about .75 cents to all of the TWU/IAM pockets.

You are welcome.
I recall you saying that catering was saved because of the class 2 station pay language.
So, I guess all those people should line up to thank YOU? never mind, as I read very last line in your post, you already said YOURE WELCOME.

Okay it's coming back to me the first contact was turned down the second offer was better I remember Chandlee dropping by LGA breakroom and getting yelled at
It was NOT better....there were millions of dollars of gains that were cut out of the 2nd agreement. Go back and look. Just for starters, all of the snap backs were removed.....start there and do your math

December 15, 2018

Brothers and Sisters,

THE TWU/IAM Association executive negotiating committee participated on a conference call conducted by National Mediation Board mediators yesterday, December 14, 2018. Negotiators from American Airlines also participated.

The mediators recapped the remaining open items to be negotiated. They also set the agenda and negotiating schedule for the beginning of 2019. The Association presented our objections to the Company’s proposal covering Field Trip Guidelines for M&R and MLS members and further discussion towards resolution will take place in SFO, as time permits.

The next face-to-face negotiations are scheduled for January 15-17 in San Francisco. Topics to be discussed are open economic pay elements, health & welfare (insurance), duration of the agreement, field trips and other open contract language items.

We were successful in obtaining additional negotiating dates on the calendar. Scheduled negotiating dates are:

  • January 15, 16, 17
  • January 29, 30, 31
  • February 6, 7, 8
  • February 12, 13, 14
And an additional week in March – specific dates to be determined

Our objective is to reach an agreement as soon as possible without having to use all of our scheduled dates. However, this Association is committed to achieving the compensation, healthcare, retirement and job security that our members have earned and deserve. Your continued support and solidarity are both appreciated and necessary to reach these goals.

We wish all of our members a safe and happy holiday season.

Fraternally,

Your Association Executive Negotiating Committee

since you are on payroll.
Would you please contact the "payroll" department, and give them my current address...
I haven't been receiving any checks.

for someone who seems to be so irrelevant, Tim sure gets a lot of attention from some of the Association foot soldiers
No matter how you do the math -- the dude is irrelevant...
770 > 20 = IRRELEVANT... even in the bizarre world of quantum physics...

Not debating whether he's irrelevant or not bro, and honestly don't care. But you seem to be the one giving him relevance by your continual replies and comments to his posts. Let it go...

Me?

Been nearly week since I’ve been on here.

I have a personal and professional life offline.

Oh, and numbers alone do not define ones relevancy, as 700 would say "you do know" one ore more on this site has had their ass kicked in an election before and I I don't think you would consider them irrelevant.

20 Locals that represent about 50% of the IAM is definitely NOT irrelevant. 20 means 20 Locals. Not one executive board member at any of those locals voted for me. Got the biggest Locals in the Midwest and of course monster Locals at Boeing. Of the 770, about 500 of them have 15 members or no more than 20. I think something is wrong with the IP can't get Local 839 which is only the biggest F'n Local in the Midwest, and the largest Boeing Local.

At any rate, over 110 years, only one other opposition candidate squeezed out more Locals. Jay got 35 but they didn't change the whole constitution for him. With me, they decided to change the constitution and restrict voting to 6am-8am where virtually nobody would be able to go, except those who are expected because they are on union business or want to go to a convention. No doubt if there was 12 hour voting like with Jay, I would have bagged about 75% of the total per capita and crushed Martinez. That's the reason why they changed the constitution. I'm not complaining, I like the opportunities outside of the IAM pissing in. Gotta get rid of the IAM and the entire AFLCIO, it's one big corporate anti union pro management organization at this point. Need a new American Labor Movement.

...add DELUSIONAL to irrelevant... wait... some dude named Sito supposedly mentioned his name... does that make him relevant?
