Don’t want to sign any contracts that lock us in below those averages or eventually put us behind the 8 Ball if inflation starts to rear it’s head.
Not to mention that Nationwide that’s absolutely happened in the Housing industry. Both Renting and Purchasing.

The money has been the same for 1.5 years for fleet. In fact nothing has changed with fleet. And the wages are more than 3% so no worries. Top out of $33.
