We do need to keep an eye on average yearly wage increases out there. Newest jobs report is showing an increase of 3.4%

Don’t want to sign any contracts that lock us in below those averages or eventually put us behind the 8 Ball if inflation starts to rear it’s head.

Not to mention that Nationwide that’s absolutely happened in the Housing industry. Both Renting and Purchasing.

The money has been the same for 1.5 years for fleet. In fact nothing has changed with fleet. And the wages are more than 3% so no worries. Top out of $33.
10 paid holidays, real double time, shift, extra vacation week. Union already agreed to everything for fleet but decided to wait for mx.
Gary and his campaign against Isom isnt goin so well. I feel his pain but when we went for wages only, it crushed all leverage.
And his slowdown never materialized cuz few listen to him.
Otherwise, uncle jerry would sue the life out of the twu like southwest did against amfa. Amfa may have to pay millions or cut a lesser deal now.
 
btw, peterson is lookin like he needs a personal trainer. Dude looks like he packed on 100 pounds. Thats one thing we can always count on with guys who become union bosses. They dont work, spend dues money on alcohol and get fat as heck.
 
all the money right there. yes, why pay for scope that we already own?? the company pulled the maximalist bargaining lever just prior to filing. united nations negotiating 101.

aa keeps it's 5% pre-tax profit sharing formula? then, at the very least, i want $33.25/hr on DOS - not counting differential..which is about an 8% raise.

Question for you Crema.

Let’s say we could get the exchange letting AA keep all their Profit and we get that 8 to 10% DOS bump plus of course fair yearly increases for the life of the agreement.

Delta then decides to match our wages and still doles out PS to their workers. So they’re getting both.

Would you be ok with that?

even if he is correct, you can never prove that and GP only appears hostile or even belligerent to the NMB, let alone management.

isom doesn't appear dumb to me..maybe he is that ambitious. he appears incompetant because the LCC mentality is a loser mentality for a legacy airline competing for premium passengers. until these former america west big-shooters ditch this loser philosophy...

Agreed. Isom many things; “dumb” isn’t one of them. Talos is also right in that he doesn’t model a lot of Leadership qualities.

As for F9 and NK, I think the public takes all of that granted. All they “expect” is to get to where they want to go on time, and not die in the process.

I’ve been pretty consistent that I would prefer higher wages over Profit Sharing. Also not interested in purchasing any Scope I already own.

Somewhere in the range of 8 to 10% DOS would work for me. Gary did say we’re almost there on the money so soon we may be able to check mark that box.



“TWU” Represented Ramp has more workers at near 11,000 than any other Airline and I like it that way.

Doubt we’ll see much shrinkage Nationwide of Envoy frankly.

There will always be lower paid arms that exist somewhat to support what you and I make Tim.

I’m going to feel so terrible for poor Al when he gets his first working weekend shift in probably over 20 years.

I mean here’s this guy with 41 years who’s going to be off T/W or W/T while here I am in MIA with only 24 years enjoying my wonderful S/S off.

Maybe Al will file his first ever grievance?

No but i will definitely be a dues objector along with about 150 other new TWU brothers it will be my last contract anyway so no need to vote.I dont vote for officers or shop ssteward or any of that other silly union nonsense

Look, if you really wanna fight me then it may be fun for the both of us to box. Im getting lean again but you will have me by some serious weight so it should be equal chances. Hell i havent actually boxed competitively since golden gloves but im working with a previous professional hvwt in pbi and we will be goin to the boxing gym in May.
i figure, your advantage, especially if you lean on me, but if i can get out of the first sparring round then i think i can take you weez.
My money is on Tim the weez will fade he might have about one or two good shots thats it he'll be a sweaty lumbering mess but i love weez
