You're out of order, Brother!
Al Pacino.
You're out of order, Brother!
Not much to say. It will probably pass and then the American mechanics, will have something to shoot for.Hey can you tell us what’s going on at SWA today? You never talk about the Airline you work for any more. And we’re all just dying to know.

Honestly, no. There is pretty much nothing the association can do at this point that I will find acceptable. The ONLY thing they could do as an organization that I would find acceptable is to call for a vote on representation. To let the membership decide who they want to pay dues to.
And the company's arguments that scope is the industry norm would also win the day!An Arbitrator wouldn’t be looking at the Company’s profits likely in making a decision who to lean towards in making their decision. BTW you can have two types of Arbitration. Just straight Arbitration or Binding Arbitration where both sides have to accept the decision of the chosen Arbitrator.
I think Local 591 though just did a great job in making a side by side comparison to the IBT UAL Agreement which would be something considered if it went to an Arbitrator even under a PEB.
The Association has also been smart to back down to the point of only wanting to keep the work we have today and not asking for additional work. The facts also being of course we’re going to have more work depending on the amount of planes AA is flying.
Any arguments brought to a PEB or Arbitrator needs to be the vagueness of the language that AA is offering.
The final season of Game of Thrones took less time to film.Coming soon.
I’ll tell you one thing. If there’s anything that this site has taught me it’s how to have the thickest skin one possibly can get.
Often used sarcastically, with the implication that something may not happen as "soon" as suggested.Define "soon".

My point exactly. They push for the membership to be informed and yet they still keep them in the dark 2 weeks later, sad, very sad...Nearly 2 weeks since the company`s attempt to win the hearts and minds of the workforce with their "offer". The associations rumored response still has not materialized. 2 weeks and not a hint of a comprehensive response. All we get is a letter from ONE member of the NC. Nothing from the TWU international or association leadership. Its no wonder we are in this mess. The association asks us to stay informed, then leaves us hanging in the breeze.
They have tried moron. To no avail. What part do you NOT understand that this asso. is purposely leaving the membership in the dark??? WTFU! Get a clue...So is there other places you go to get information then and curious what is the point of your participation here?
And obviously YOU did not catch what he said.I was being very facetious. Knew you wouldn’t catch it though.
they dont push for anything. My point exactly. They push for the membership to be informed and yet they still keep them in the dark 2 weeks later, sad, very sad...
I knew you were I was just being passive aggressive!I was being very facetious. Knew you wouldn’t catch it though.
