Two sentences say it all...
The Company's ability to become consistently profitable and its ability to continue to fund its obligations on an ongoing basis will depend on a number of factors, many of which are largely beyond the Company's control.
Although the Company has a number of initiatives underway to address its cost and revenue challenges, the ultimate success of these initiatives is not known at this time and cannot be assured.

Yeah, it was a dry read and every statement seemed to contradict itself. "We have a plan but, we don't know what it is" or "We know what we want to do, we just don't know if it will work"
The first quarterly is generally to be ignored IMHO. However, if you get bored this weekend, or constipated, it will do if you don't have any bran muffins handy because once you start reading it, you'll just wanna sh!t!
