Another departure ..

I don't know anything about Kerry Carstairs, so can't compare. But, there is another management departure that is not such good news.

Dave Kell, director of PHX SOC, is leaving effective today. The "official" email just said he is "pursuing other opportunties", but that's typical corporate language.

At first I thought it was a money savings thing. After all, we have a director in PHX, a managing director in PIT, and director in PIT. (One would think they would get rid of one of hte 2 levels in PIT). But the director here in PHX has already been posted on compass.

Dave is a great manager.. he will be missed here in SOC.

Yup .and he's already gone. We were just told yesterday (4/12), and yesterday was also his last day. No prior notice to us--and I'm assuming no prior notice to Dave either. 🙁
