Then check out, http://information.travel.aol.com/news-and...7731x1200239471

This was today, 7/7/08. Click both links.
PR issues, maybe. Don't worry, the front line, already beaten to a bloody pulp, "can fix it".

Somebody, hasn't a clue at the home office. Cannot see beyond their own bloody world. I am nearly convinced, as well I should be, It is all about them. Damn!!! That sucks!!!!
Where the he@@ is PR??? They should be on this.
Oh that's right, they only know how is to REACT to things!! Being proactive must be a nauty word. Sounds like sombody is just being lazy, or Frugal?
Geez, it is frustrating, and I cannot do a thing besides being run under the bus at implementation, ONCE AGAIN!!!

personally I'm glad to see em charge some jackass that much for bringing an 80 lb bag

JS,
Click on the second link until you get to the woman with the disgusted look on her face, observing a pretzel. Then, read.
It is incorrect.

In other words, this was a published 'statement' (for lack of a better word) issue, or what ever on a major ISP, that thousands of people will be reading, today, and the new rules go into effect just two days later. Bottom line, weather you care or not, the front line,(meaning CS) is going to get slammed. IMHO, it is just POOR, no, WORTHLESS PR!!!

I clicked both links and didn't understand what your point was. It's published by AOL, not US Airways.

This would not be the first time, nor will it be the last, that the internet is wrong!

Just frustrated. People don't appear to look for the minimum info that they need to travel in the first place, what they don't need is another misinformed source. Currently, I don't have time for another argument, 'because AOL said so'.
At least the last time when U changed its checked baggage policy, I saw it on national news. Now, nothing. Hope I'm wrong.
