Ok , never mind . They had th wrong info up at the gate . The plane is going to Fll as flt 1557 . Sorry . Mods , you can take this one down ..I just walked by the SAN flight in PHL. And noticed it was flt 155 . The aircraft was a 321 tail number 174 with GE engines . Isn't that an east plane with a west flight number ?
West has no CFMs.
LOL!That's too bad. A good pair of CFMs can get a girl's rent and car note paid.
Man,compairing Flt#'s to tail#'s to engine types to who's flyings the aircraft, NOW that's really scarey! Do you also sleep with a weapon under your pillow on overnites? Makes me want to run right down and fly USAIRWAYS.I just walked by the SAN flight in PHL. And noticed it was flt 155 . The aircraft was a 321 tail number 174 with GE engines . If I am not mistaken, the only IAE engines on East metal are those delivered post merger, beginning around 2007 I believe. I did believe, however, that the majority of aircraft deliveries since the merger were put in service on the West side, am I wrong?
All but 2 of the post-merger A321 deliveries have 5XX tail numbers...No, there have been many deliveries to the east fleet.

They're being phased out but as of the end of last year there were still 7 left - 2 of which will go away in the 3rd quarter and the last 5 in the 4th.I thought US was retiring the 737 300 from the East but we stil have some around and have had them visit my station over the last several weeks reg sched flights
My mistake - I missed the one's that were mixed in with the pre-merger deliveries by MSN.There are 5 post-merger A321s in the 1XX series. Ships 193-197.
