Are west crews working east metal ?

They're being phased out but as of the end of last year there were still 7 left - 2 of which will go away in the 3rd quarter and the last 5 in the 4th.

Are these retirements timed with lease expirations? Or is US parking planes while still paying leases (or mortgages)?

I'm fairly certain that the retirements have been timed to coincide with lease expirations, from what I recall about the end of the West B733 fleet at least.

Man,compairing Flt#'s to tail#'s to engine types to who's flyings the aircraft, NOW that's really scarey! Do you also sleep with a weapon under your pillow on overnites? Makes me want to run right down and fly USAIRWAYS.

Some people are into that stuff; it's what drives Airliners.nut. I don't think it's a big deal.

Listen #### , I asked the mods to take it down . And let's say i didn't make a mistake . Then it would have been a perfectly good topic Mr Almighty. Your the one posting all over the place on this thread. Mods .you really need to shut this one down. I asked you guys at the beginning of this thread ..Why is it still up??
