Don't think we have enough examples. I can't see evolution yet.Shows what you know about anthropology. A fossil is a physical record of what a specelis looked like. Get enough examples and you can see evolution in a species.

What of God?
Who does He/She believe in?
Could God be an atheist?

Seriously, I don't see it. I do not know about anthropology. I was a biology major in college and was still not convinced of evolution after graduating. I do see a lot of people that do not believe in a creator searching for an explanation of how we got to be and choosing evolution. Many who do readily admit the evidence is not rock solid.Again I am not surprised.
If there were a god, it would likely not see itself as such, but rather a 'self' type identity in control of a lot of smaller organisms (that in the christian sense it would have nothing but contempt and jealousy for). For it to an an atheist, we require a few things. First, there would have to be a possibility of a super-god. Second, it would have to have some idea of such a concept. Third it would have to decide if such a thing was worthy of its time and consideration.
Armed with all that, I think you can answer your own question...
As a relevant matter though, who cares? Since there's no actual god, it really doesn't matter much what it believes or not, does it?

BTW last year I was working at a wind tunnel at a large company in the Northwest. Does that give me any credibility?

You have supporting evidence to prove this?
Studying biology allowed me to learn what science knows and also a lot about what they don't know. I found that you can not be 100 per cent positive about anything. Remember in the seventies when they were sure we were heading into another use age. did not happen.Wow! If you majored in biology and don't accept the fact of evolution, you should never have been given a degree and allowed to graduate.
In the top 100 ignorant posts on this board. That's cool! Let's turn the world over to the atheists like Stalin, Pol Pot and other mass murderers. That'll work. At least population control won't be an issue
