just wanted to say that yesterday i flew from mco-phx-hnl and had an awesome crew on both flts. my family was separated and each crew did everything to get us together. i especially want to thank the crew of flt 980 phx to hnl for their exceptional professionalism and service especially rudy and pam . they were awesome, i told them i was based in phl and they took me and my family under their wing. blake was also cool to meet. they did everything possible to make us comfortable. i took some pics and i will try to ost them later because i am headed to the beach now. aloha.
ps: we had no problems getting on either flts using vacation passes . it was a peice of cake.
