While not a true PHL supporter here, I can't see PHL going anywhere. Though it's a headache and a true pain in the a$$ it's big for US. Why would UA want it while they have IAD right down the road? THAT couldn't be due to to DOJ issues I'm sure. I bet Scott said what he did JUST to see if it wound up on here. He's probably already read this at home and cracking up over a cocktail. 🙄

I also talked to Scott Kirby and he informed me the America West UFO sightings in 1995 were absolutely true. The pilots were afraid to mention the incident at first because they were worried about seniority issues with airborne craft who deal in light-years.

Has anyone considered that the misinformation might have been an attempt to spread a rumor to influence stock prices in the short term ?

i highly doubt PHL is going to be sold , why would they send 17 mangers to try and fix things if our company was simply going to pass the buck .

17 unified managers are harder to personally intimidate than one. Maybe if this doesn't work, LCC will dismantle it.

It's funny folks how we may have to start a new group of employees to complain at.

I wouldn't discount the West ops as not interesting to UA,LAS looks like a tailor made Ted Hub and they could make PHX work in some capacity.

Think back to how tight the lid was on AA/TWA, no one had any idea that was coming down the pike.When and if something happens, you'll find out about it like the rest of the world, here on the internet.

This is one of the few changes that has actually been effective. Not having to scour the airport to find a mechanic who is "pushback qualified" and willing to do it at the appropriate time has been an amazing time-saver. Now, as soon as the cargo holds are closed, the push crew is already there at the tug.

Please don't ever change this particular procedure.

Well its no worse than 5 rampies looking at a plane holding short in PHL at night waiting for someone to find a set of wands...lol

And that tug there on,ever notice the 2 behind it with the hoods up.They are the ones they broke trying to get ready to push... But this will all be fixed soon,its just a matter of training...2 buttons 1 lever whats the odds of blowing it 80% of the time. :down:
