Actually...the foreign policy blunder that created ISIS was the Iraq war..where we deposed the guy who kept groups like ISIS at bay.  I know you don't want to believe that...but did you ever notice that Iran was squawking about blowing Israel off the map until AFTER we got rid of Saddam?  Did you ever notice how al queda didn't have a presence in Iraq until AFTER we deposed Saddam.  The world trade center was brought down by a plan hatched in a cave in Afghanistan....do you really think a handful of American troops in Iraq would have prevented ISIS from coming into being?    And if I have to remind you...Obama's foreign policy blunder was following an agreement signed by....GWB.  YOu want to pin ISIS on one person...Bush is your man.
