Oh man that is funny, but true. I was on a 757 to Las Vegas about 8 months ago and sat directly behind, not across as in this passengers discription, and could easily smell the lav's oders growing stronger and stronger as the flight continued. You really need to post this letter on the Continental Message Board. I love to read the responses.

That is funny as hell, even if it isn't true (who knows these days). The drawings are the best, I think I will make one of them my avatar.

Pretty funny. Who ever made this has a great sense of humor. I guess this couls be any airline. I looked on Cal's web site and it list flight 888 as IAH to Panama then Quito and flight 500 as IAH to IND. This guy sure had a strage routing. What airline did he ride on from Quito to Indy???

Savvy Fliers Learn to Avoid The Worst Seat in the House

By Keith L. Alexander

There appears to be an airline seat worse than the middle one between an overweight passenger and a colicky infant, at least according to one exasperated passenger whose letter of complaint is bouncing around cyberspace these days.

It's seat 29E, next to the lavatory on a flight that one Continental Airlines passenger said set him back $400. He fired off an angry letter to the airline describing his misery, copies of which have been posted on Flyertalk.com and other travel Web sites.

"Is it the stench of the sanitation fluid that is blown all over my body every 60 seconds when the door opens? Is it the woosh of the constant flushing? Or is it the [passengers' posteriors] that seem to fit into my personal space like a pornographic jigsaw puzzle," he wrote while on the Dec. 21 flight between San Diego and Houston.
