Kind of comparing apples and oranges being that AA flies many more flights, and a lot more destinations than SWA.

However, SWA has much happier employees than AA does, and it shows.

It appears that American Eagle is lumped in with AA's BBB report. Makes it more of an "apples/oranges/bananas" thing. 🙂
