Marvin Davis is a corporate raider and Jonathan Ornstein is not labor friendly.
If this group makes an unsolicitated bid for US Airways through the bankruptcy process this could be very bad for labor.
Just ask the former TWA employees about Carl Icahn.
The Marvin Davis/Jonathan Ornstein type of offer is one of the primary reasons I suggested to all labor groups the airline and its employees should do everything possibleto avoid bankruptcy.
