Boeing Poster

US paid off all the airbus loan money and is free and clear from airbus.

US is the one who spurned Boeing by Wolf canceling the 757 and 737 order and having to pay Boeing a huge penalty.

And the MD-95 turned into the B717, there never was a MD-97.

Thanks for the correction, I must have been confused with all the 7's floating around.

BTW, Did they give the A?C with the unducted fan a number?

http://www.boeingstore.com/ Might be on here.

I think this means something is DEFINITELY up. Given the bad blood between Boeing and US East, this is very interesting. Why would Boeing, with no active orders from US East or West, take the time, money, and resources to do something like that? Who knows, maybe we are days away from a deal? I just hope whatever it is, it blows Southwaste out of the water. I am so sick of hearing about them and their skanky company.
The rumor in PHX is Parker is interested in some 737-700s

I thought of the Boeing store as soon as I saw the OP, so checked with them & got the following reply:

Hello,

I'm sorry, that's not one of our items. You might visit the Boeing main site at http://www.boeing.com or call 206-655-1131 for the Boeing
operator. You may also send mail to [email protected].

Regards,
BoeingStore.com Customer Service

I sent an email to the address in the reply, but it was late Friday afternoon and I haven't gotten a reply yet - hopefully tomorrow.

Thanks, Mark. I'll have to see when I go thru there next (though they'll probably go fast).

And wanted to build the MD-12.

Actually, there were 12 DC-5's built. One was eventually William Boeing's personal aircraft. Four more went to KLM and there were 7 built for the Navy designated R3D-1's.

None survive as far I as could determine.
