Bonus Miles For Check-in Online?

...seems people forget that those kiosks create jobs...somebody builds them and somebody has to develop the technology. Now, do those jobs make up for the lost jobs, maybe not, but it's not a complete loss either as some complain. Besides, if that is what people want, then should they be denied that for the sake of jobs? What if a new airline came out that never employed but one agent in each station to handle the few problem tickets...are the jobs the kiosks doing lost jobs as well, and how do you tell the competition they can't add the kiosks then?
