He's probably the type that would come up with some type of lame excuse to avoid getting in the bucket and spraying. ie: Allergic to glycol, afraid of heights.

I will do what is necessary. I have never been one to shy away from work. I was wondering why there are so many flyers posted for deicers. The companies must have a hard time getting union folk to do it.

ask how many unions about going up in the deicer bucket and i bet they will tell they dont mind it. i am just wondering how many scabs are WELL TRAINED to spray type 1 and type 4?

Robbed, I have never deiced an aircraft before in my life, I have watched it being done though and there is not a doubt in my mind that I could do it with no problems at all.

Of course you could because you're SUPERSCAB. Is there anything you can't do?

Yeah, 'Cods wouldn't need any training, because it all sooo easy. Kinda like servicing an IDG until lube runs on the ground....yep, thats in the maintenance manual. I think he should get in the bucket and have at it. I hope the pilot wants his windsheild washed.

I wonder how many SUPERscabs are taxi, run-up, ETOPS, Land 2, and Inspection qualified? I'm sure 'Cods had everyone trained a week after he scabbed in DTW. "An airplane is an airplane" as 'Cods states.

However, why is it that NWA is failing and in last place if the scabs are so... as Dougie Stealin' says "Flawless"?

BTW, Have you seen the temps in MSP? I sure hope some of that sub-zero stuff makes its way to DTW for 'Cods. I wonder if he put his scabmobile in the ditch yet?

He's a legend. (in his own mind)

More putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 from NW's superscab....

At the hubs, this job usually goes relatively senior. Who wouldn't want to stay in an enclosed deicing cab all day as opposed to being out on the ramp in th elements?

P.S. High of 10 tomorrow where I'm at; it's coming your way, PTO.

deicing??? come on easy money!!!! i did it for three years with mesaba its not exactly rocket science. glad i got out of the airline industry when i did

NH/BB, wow your lack of meaningful intellectually relevant post never ceases to amaze me 😉
