Since most labor groups haave been going through the process of integrating systems, designs, and procedures. What are you expecting by the end of the year? Do you think most parties will have worked out the kinks? Do you think management will come up with better plans for the various problems we experience now? Reservations set aside, are there actions and procedures that are working right? Or are we on a path that can't be re-righted?

As long as management continues to ignore the worker the problems will persist. The difference with this management team from the past here at US is that they will admit their mistakes AFTER they happen. Admitting your mistakes at first is NICE but to continue to make them one after another and never listen is the problem. The folks DOING the jobs that keep this airline running should be heard. I think this team though some are pretty bright collectively have NO IDEA on how to get this baby off the ground. This merger is like airbus trying to get the A350 going. Not sure how they want it is. 🙄

I for one am not at all optimistic that this managment team can fix what is broken. For one it has been one disaster after another. Who has been fired over any of this. Oh thats right noone. The labor groups have still not been fairly delt with. Yet the company keeps saying were on track for our single certificate.
In my 23 years of airline service I have never seen such a major debacle as has been this takeover of Usairways.
Everyday I go in and wonder whats next.
I just hope were still around so I can retire.
