Flights 105 and 106 (JFK-TUS and TUS-JFK, respectively) have been scrubbed the past two nights in a row, apparently due to weather at JFK.

Since my better half and I, together with our granddaughter are booked on 106 (continuing on 68 into SYR)in August, I'm wondering how B6 handles such situations. I understand they don't reroute them on other carriers. When somebody has to be someplace at a certain time and B6 cancels, it is obviously more expensive to purchase tickets from another carrier on a walkup basis. Is this taken into account in any compensation provided by B6?

Can anybody tell me specifically how the passengers booked on 105 and 106 the past two nights were handled?

Thanks very much in advance.
