The computers (QIK/SHARES) went down tonight about 830pm. luckily we only had about 10 people left to check in, but from what I understand it is systemwide which means no weather, no release, no anything so no go.
I checked on the website to see if the plane has left yet, but it comes back the flight info is not available (flt number unknown) and even when you do it from the FLIGHT SCHEDULE page, it comes back flight unknown.
Looks like its going to be a fun night on the West Coast tonight.
Anyone know whats up? (I know the computers arent.... 😉 😛h34r: )

Don't worry about it Tad - they've got the website team working on the problem. 😱 And the ETC team is standing by in case.

I thought it was just me.

Tried to make some reservations using the website and it was quite frustrating. After about 45 minutes, I gave up.

There was an improvement from earlier in the week. The autocomplete was not working properly, so whenever one tried to enter Boston, Boise would pop up. Dehli would be inserted instead of Denver. At least that problem appears to be solved.

Yup .EVERYTHING (on the West) went down--not just in the stations, but in SOC too . .Shares, Eagle (used for releases), FliteTrac, SOCCom, Outlook, internet. It lasted about an hour, then came back up. Then a few things went down again--everything was back up by around 7 pm. Luckily, it was a Saturday night, and the last big PHX arrival bank was mostly out.
