This is what throws me into an absolute rage with this management team.

How in the hell does a guy screw up so badly with a DUI, then turn around and do exactly the right thing during a crisis?

Time to put down the crack pipe. Just how does showing up for a photo op in CLT constitute doing the right thing. This management team is inept at best and having no clue as to what caused this or even knowing what the solution is three days later is unbelievable.

All I can say is DoUgIe is very lucky I was not flying US today and flying through CLT or his little press stunt would have been much more interesting. He would have been introduced to the newest US support group.....Frequently Flyers United against Klueless Egotistical Management. Short version.....FFUKEM.

Did he bring working code for the kiosks with him, or is it propaganda only?

And is he buying the beer?

Was he allowed to travel out of state? Must have a Good Parole Officer!
Did he fly 1st Class or Coach? I sure hope he flew Coach on a reconfig plane. Take that DoUgIe!
