***This is NOT intended to be baiting thread, or any type of heated "It's this way, no, it's my way", heated debate thread. So if anyone from either side wants to engage in that type of exchange, please don't, because I'm sure our good moderator will shut this thread down.***

The consequences of APFA's SIA agreement back in 2001 continue to this day, to be devastating and ongoing for a group of older working Americans. I now feel that the decision by APFA to staple a group of older workers to their seniority list was a case of blatant age discrimination.

This thing will never just, "go away". Not at least, until there is some type of fair "union based" resolution, or finally, when all parties involved have left this planet.

TWA was/is a cancerous tumor that should have been allowed to die in Chapter 7 bankruptcy court, but some Knucklehead named Don Carty decided to try and save it. In the process AA has been saddled with massive debt, maintenance bases, and crybaby employees that it didn't need. AA bought TWA poison back 2001 and has been going downhill ever since.

Moderator, why not shut this down now? It didn't need to be brought up again, and it's already in the cellar and starting to dig.
