APC, and there were some other good comments as well. Definitly gives a good explanation to those of us who don't know the details.

To 18 pilots in particular who were sued by an "union" which it claimed to represent. I, along with hundreds of both East and West pilots donated to a legal fund so these pilots could form a defense. This is just one of numerous battles we've had to fight to present day.

We have the resources, legal fund, websites and the will to see we get the proper representation going into the merger we have been denied thus far.
